Discovery Feed

Inari’s homepage shows the org’s Discovery Feed, a consolidated feed of actionable reports that include VoC Summaries, Trending Insights, Saved Insights, and dashboards - all of which consolidate the key takeaways from all feedback analyzed for the organization in any given timeframe.

Metrics Dashboard

Inari provides a Feedback dashboard that shows the unique number of customers that have shared feedback with your org in a given time frame.

Voice of Customer Summaries

Every day, week, and month, Inari clusters all of the new feedbacks ingested and shares the top trends that customers are requesting, complaining, or praising about.

The VoC summaries typically summarize 3 types of trends:

  1. Trending Insights: top new and emergent clusters that customers are mentioning in recent feedback
  2. Saved Insights: top saved insights that customers are currently mentioning a lot based on recent feedback
  3. Top Praises: top clusters that customers are highlighting as positives based on mention frequency

Every section within a summary also shows the citations for which customers and quotes were used to generate the takeaway, so you can directly follow-up with customers and their anecdotes to get more details and close the loop.

These reports can be pushed by email automatically so teams can stay up to date on customer problems without having to check Inari. Toggle the Email Alerts option in the Settings page and Personal tab.

Inari pulls together Trending and Saved insights and issues across all spaces into the Discovery Feed and presents them as browsable cards.

  • Trending insights are the most relevant emergent trends based on recently added customer feedback.
  • Saved insights are insights that were manually saved by the team and displayed when a high volume of recent feedback are linked to that trend.
